Fair questions

Q1 Is one person a single point of failure?
An agency is too. The difference is you get one name and work you own outright, not a rotating cast billing against a shared retainer.
Q2 Can one person really cover all of it?
Three layers I do myself: brand, web, ops. Two I orchestrate through tooling and a partner layer: content and acquisition. I stay the single point of contact on all five.
